The WWI Boardgame Challenge

Which countries were involved in WWI? What is the Versailles Treaty? Who won the War? All of these questions and many more can be found in this very creative board games, the 8th grade students have to create as part of one of World History Projects.

Lead by Miss Adriana Gomez, our World History teacher, the studens have to either change the rules of a previously invented game or create one from scratch, the only golden rule? They all have to be related with the WWI.

Popular games like Jenga, Risk or UNO were altered by the Students from the 8th grade of  junior high, and once they were done, students from 7th grade will come down from their class room and spend one hour playing with their classmates and learning new facts about WWI.
